城市群政府博弈与调控机制的多智能体模拟实验——考察非对称博弈场景与配套性补偿调控及其影响

【摘要】:以城市群多政府博弈以及(上层政府或协调机构的)调控措施为例,基于一个相嵌于小世界网络的非对称群体进化博弈模型构建多智能体模拟系统,设计一系列实验方案考察非对称博弈场景(成本、收益的非对称性分配)、以及与惩罚措施相配套的补偿机制等重要变量对城市群政府博弈进程和收益演化的动态影响,为促进城市群政府合作共赢和区域一体化建设提供决策依据和政策参考。是(基于智能体的)计算机建模与仿真技术在政治学与公共行政领域的一次积极拓展,是“计算政治科学”的一次探索尝试。
[Abstract]:Taking the multi-government game of urban agglomeration as an example, the multi-agent simulation system is constructed based on an asymmetric group evolutionary game model embedded in a small-world network. A series of experimental schemes are designed to investigate the dynamic effects of asymmetric game scenarios (asymmetric allocation of costs, benefits, and compensation mechanisms associated with punishment measures) on the game process and income evolution of urban agglomeration governments. It is an active expansion of computer modeling and simulation technology in the field of political science and public administration. It is an exploratory attempt of Computational political Science.
