中国的陆地边境治理及其研究

【摘要】：陆地边境乃陆地边疆中国界沿线的一带区域,即通常所说的"边境地区"。陆地边境的治理作为陆地边疆治理的重要场域,既具有边疆治理的一般性特征,也具有自身的特殊性。然而,目前学界多在陆地边疆治理的框架内对陆地边境治理作一般性的探讨,对其特殊性则相对关注较少。随着陆地边境治理问题的进一步凸显,陆地边境治理进程中面临的问题不断增多,而现有对陆地边境治理的研究显然相对不足,这既不利于陆地边疆治理理论的构建和完善,也不利于陆地边境治理实践的展开。因此,现有的陆地边疆治理研究,除注重陆地边疆治理的理论构建外,还应当在研究中聚焦陆地边境治理的诸多重要议题,将研究引向深入。加强陆地边境治理的研究,从而构建陆地边疆治理的理论话语体系,提升我国陆地边疆治理的能力和水平。
