中国公民海外安全的影视书写与新闻建构

【摘要】：伴随着中国改革开放的渐涉深水,跨国交流日益频繁,公民出境执行公务、经商、留学和旅游的数量逐年增加。与此同时,我国公民的海外安全问题也不断加剧。从媒介再现理论出发,跨越并打通影视作品和视听新闻报道之间的观念区隔,在比较分析路径下深入反思作为特殊媒介现象的中国公民海外安全问题是如何被视听传媒捕捉、记录与传播的,研究认为,利用外交资源维护中国公民合法权益既是对"执政为民"、"外交为民"等理念的生动诠释,也是"以人为本"、"以侨为本"外交宗旨的立体再现。能否处理好突发性海外公民安全问题某种程度上成为了衡量一个国家强大与否、发达与否的重要尺度。
