国外“邻避”冲突研究的理论流变及学术动态

【摘要】：近年来,各地邻避冲突呈点状式密集爆发,成为影响地区经济社会稳定和政府公信力的掣肘。要细化对邻避冲突的探究,加强对预防和化解邻避冲突实践的情境分析。相比国内"邻避"冲突的研究,国外起步早,成果也更丰富。目前,发达国家的研究跳出了解决邻避问题的传统思路,提出了"不要建在我家前院(NIMFY)""后邻避主义""能见度"等观点,研究视角也有调整,对邻避冲突成因的分析更全面。追踪国外学术动态,对中国邻避冲突的理论创新和对策化解有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the conflict between neighboring areas has erupted in a point-like manner, which has become a constraint affecting regional economic and social stability and the credibility of the government.It is necessary to refine the exploration of conflict avoidance and strengthen the situational analysis of the practice of preventing and resolving conflict avoidance.Compared with the study of conflict avoidance in China, foreign countries started earlier, and the results are more abundant.At present, the research of developed countries has jumped out of the traditional thinking of solving the problem of neighborhood avoidance, and put forward the viewpoints of "not to build in my front yard NIMFY", "rear neighbor avoidance doctrine" and "visibility". The research perspective has also been adjusted, and the analysis of the causes of neighboring conflict avoidance is more comprehensive.Tracking the academic trends abroad is of great significance to the theoretical innovation and countermeasures of avoiding conflicts in China.
