乌鲁木齐、武汉回族拉面师的城市适应——以甘肃张家川籍从业者为例

【摘要】：回族拉面师是现代化背景下城市移民的一个新兴群体,乌鲁木齐和武汉两地的张家川籍拉面师在不同时代、不同地域、不同文化环境中,从业特点和适应状况存在一定的差异性。面对张家川籍回族拉面师在城市适应过程中遭遇的行业竞争、子女教育、留守老人赡养等问题和困境,政府和民间应积极发挥各自的作用,从多个方面入手解决相关问题。
[Abstract]:The Hui Ramen teacher is a new group of urban immigrants in the background of modernization. In different times, different regions and different cultural environments, the Zhangjiachuan Ramen teachers in Urumqi and Wuhan are in different times, different regions and different cultural environments. There are some differences between the characteristics of employment and adaptation. In the face of the problems and difficulties encountered by Zhangjiachuan Hui Ramen teachers in the process of urban adaptation, such as industry competition, education of children, and maintenance of the elderly left behind, the government and the people should play their respective roles actively and solve the related problems from many aspects.
