当代青年社会保障问题及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济建设和社会发展的深入推进,青年群体虽具有较高的创新内驱力和创造财富的能力,可是其社会保障方面仍然存在诸多现实问题,逐渐成为影响和制约青年发展的重要因素。基于此,本文强调以基本社会保险建设为主,加大不同青年群体的社会福利、社会救助体系的建设,努力构建覆盖面广、针对性强、协调性好的青年社会保障制度,来解决青年社会保障内部发展不均衡、缺乏长效动态监测指标体系、制度碎片化等问题。
[Abstract]:With the further development of economic construction and social development in our country, although the youth group has higher innovation drive and ability to create wealth, there are still many practical problems in its social security. It has gradually become an important factor influencing and restricting the development of youth. Based on this, this paper emphasizes on the construction of basic social insurance, increasing the social welfare of different youth groups and the construction of social assistance system, and striving to build a social security system for young people with wide coverage, strong pertinence and good coordination. To solve the youth social security internal development imbalance, lack of long-term dynamic monitoring index system, system fragmentation and so on.
