农村社区服务类社会组织公共服务供给能力研究——以H省为例

【摘要】：农村社区服务类社会组织公共服务供给能力的实证研究在公共服务的便利性指标、实效性指标、保证性指标和吻合性指标层面上展开。基于实证研究得出的结论是社区居民难以获得便捷化的服务;服务供给效果不佳;服务供给保障能力不足;服务供给与需求不匹配。为此,要强化服务意识,提升服务的便捷性;坚持需求导向,排除行政干预;加强扶持与培育,构建长效发展机制;建立健全人才开发与引进机制,全面提升组织成员的素质。
[Abstract]:The empirical study on the supply capacity of public service of rural community service social organization is carried out on the level of convenience index, effectiveness index, assurance index and coincidence index of public service. The conclusion based on the empirical study is that community residents are difficult to obtain convenient services; service supply effect is not good; service supply security capacity is insufficient; service supply and demand do not match. Therefore, we should strengthen service consciousness, improve service convenience, insist on demand-oriented, exclude administrative intervention, strengthen support and cultivation, construct long-term development mechanism, establish and perfect talent development and introduction mechanism, and comprehensively improve the quality of organization members.
