【摘要】：正人类跨入了21世纪的门槛以后,民族政治问题对人类自身的影响不仅没有任何褪去的迹象,而且有日趋突出的可能。在每个民族都通过一定的政治体系来对民族社会进行调控和聚集民族利益的条件下,民族之间的关系都具有了政治的内涵。民族共同体以社会的形成而存在,社会生活必须通过政治来建立和维持秩序。社会离不开政治,处于社会中的民族也就处于政治关系中,这使得民族与社会的关系十分紧密。在谈论国内民族问题时,往往都会涉及边疆社会的治理问题。民族问题与边疆社会治理问题的联系也
[Abstract]:After entering the threshold of the 21st century, the influence of national political problems on human being has not only no sign of fading away, but also the possibility of becoming more and more prominent. Under the condition that each nation controls the national society and gathers the national interests through a certain political system, the relationship between the nationalities has the political connotation. The national community exists as a society, and social life must be established and maintained through politics. Society is inseparable from politics, and the nation in the society is also in the political relationship, which makes the relationship between the nation and society very close.
