自媒体时代政府引导干预网络舆论的策略选择——基于信息技术视角的分析

【摘要】：自媒体时代政府对社会网络舆论进行适当干预和引导十分必要且具有较强的经济和政治意义。政府可在采取有效分类筛选技术对社会网络舆论进行分类的基础上,针对不同类别舆论及其舆情发展态势采取不同的应对策略。对于已形成集聚将爆发的舆情,要强势介入,调查真相、追究责任、及时权威发布并互动;利用自身的资源建设信息真实、形式亲民的网络传播中心节点,发挥主导引领作用;对可能产生不利同步的网络舆情,应间断阻隔部分节点的传播效率、及时有效地与网络信息终端持有者互动,以降低同步可能性并争取处置时间;对明显有敌意或攻击性的网络舆情,采取改进后的双免疫策略。
[Abstract]:It is necessary for the government to intervene and guide the public opinion on social network since the media age and has strong economic and political significance. On the basis of classifying public opinion in social network by using effective classification and screening technology, the government can adopt different strategies to deal with different types of public opinion and their development situation of public opinion. For the public opinion that has formed and will erupt, we should intervene strongly, investigate the truth, investigate the responsibility, issue and interact with each other in time, use our own resources to build the information truthfulness, form the network communication center node of the people, and play the leading and leading role. For the network public opinion which may produce unfavorable synchronization, it is necessary to block the transmission efficiency of some nodes intermittently and interact with the network information terminal holders in a timely and effective manner in order to reduce the possibility of synchronization and gain the disposal time. To the network public opinion which has the obvious hostility or the aggression, adopts the improved double immunity strategy.
