城镇化背景下农业地区乡镇政府职能优化的对策

【摘要】：近年来,随着党中央、国务院对于统筹城乡发展目标的进一步施行。城镇化作为现代化发展的必由之路和发展战略目标已经越来越受到了广泛的关注。党的十八大报告提出走中国特色新型城镇化道路,强调要提升城镇化质量,推动工业化和城镇化良性互动乡镇政府职能也随着时代发展和经济社会需要进行着不断的调整和适应。在推进城镇化建设过程中,乡镇政府也面临着许多问题和挑战,这些都是需要我们研究的重要课题。本文旨在根据城镇化背景下农业地区乡镇政府职能发展近况及问题,经过对其发展中产生的问题进行剖析,探寻农业地区乡镇政府职能切实可行的优化对策,以期对我国城镇化背景下乡镇政府建设发展有一个全面的了解,更好地指导我国农业地区乡镇政府建设和发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the Party Central Committee, the State Council for the further implementation of urban and rural development goals. As the only way of modernization and development strategy, urbanization has been paid more and more attention. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party proposed to take a new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and stressed the need to improve the quality of urbanization. With the development of the times and the economic and social needs, the functions of the township government in promoting industrialization and urbanization are constantly adjusted and adapted. In the process of promoting urbanization, the township government is also facing many problems and challenges, all of which need to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems arising from the development of township government functions in agricultural areas under the background of urbanization, and to explore practical and feasible optimization countermeasures for the functions of township governments in agricultural areas. It is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction and development of the township government under the background of urbanization in China, and to better guide the construction and development of the township government in the agricultural areas of China.
