【摘要】：中国已经形成了规模巨大、构成复杂、形态多元的网络社会,这对政府治理产生了极大的冲击和挑战。面对快速传播的数据信息、突发的网络舆情、网络新兴事物等,政府应积极转变职能,适时更新治理观念,优化治理方式,提升治理能力,采用互动式的电子政务模式,为群众提供更加科学、便利、高效的社会服务。
[Abstract]:China has formed a large scale, complex and diversified network society, which has a great impact and challenge to government governance. In the face of the rapid dissemination of data information, sudden network public opinion, network emerging things, the government should actively change its functions, timely update the concept of governance, optimize governance methods, enhance governance capabilities, and adopt interactive e-government mode. To provide more scientific, convenient and efficient social services for the masses.
