中美电子政务绩效评价比较研究

【摘要】：电子政务在中国政府履行职能、提供服务方面发挥着日益重要的作用,电子政务绩效评价既是规范项目建设和管理、提高项目建设应用效能的重要手段,也是衡量政府投资效益、辅助政府决策的重要支撑。分别从发展历程、顶层设计、指标体系、结果应用等方面对中国和美国的电子政务绩效评价工作进行比较研究,在此基础上对中国开展电子政务绩效评价工作提出建议。
[Abstract]:E-government is playing an increasingly important role in the Chinese government to perform its functions and provide services. E-government performance evaluation is not only an important means to standardize project construction and management, but also to improve the efficiency of project construction. It is also an important support to measure the benefit of government investment and assist government decision-making. This paper makes a comparative study on the performance evaluation of e-government in China and the United States from the aspects of development course, top-level design, index system and result application, and puts forward some suggestions on the performance evaluation of e-government in China.
