习近平的网络安全治理观

【摘要】：习近平高度重视网络安全治理工作,提出了一系列新思想,作出了一系列新论述,形成了系统的网络安全治理观,这是网络空间发展衍变和国家治理思想提升的逻辑必然。习近平网络安全治理观的主要内容集中体现为:实施"一体两翼双轮驱动"的战略观,构建"网络空间命运共同体"的共建观,实现"以人民为中心发展"的利益观,坚持"核心技术自主创新"的技术观,倡导"尊重网络主权反对霸权"的国家观,推行"聚天下网信英才而用之"的人才观。习近平网络安全治理观蕴含着坚定的中国特色社会主义自信特质,贯穿了新发展理念的系统治理思维品质,体现了着眼全球勇于担当的大国风范,既为我国网络安全治理指明了方向,又为全球网络安全治理提供了中国方案。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the work of network security governance, puts forward a series of new ideas, makes a series of new discussions, and forms a systematic view of network security governance, which is the logical necessity of the development of cyberspace and the promotion of national governance. The main contents of Xi Jinping network security governance view are as follows: implementing the strategic view of "one body, two wings and two wheels driving", constructing the common construction view of "cyberspace destiny community", and realizing the benefit view of "people as the center of development". We should adhere to the technological concept of "independent innovation of core technology", advocate the state view of "respecting the sovereignty of the network against hegemony", and promote the concept of talent. The concept of network security governance of Xi Jinping contains the confident characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and it runs through the system governance thinking quality of the new development concept, and embodies the great country style of looking at the global courage to bear the responsibility. It not only points out the direction of China's network security governance, but also provides China's solution for global network security governance.
