社区慈善资源的本土化——对中国社区基金会的多案例研究

【摘要】：社区基金会在中国经过八年的发展已成为公益慈善与社区发展领域一种新的趋势。本研究通过多个案研究对中国社区基金会的数量、类型、发展脉络、特征等进行了详细分析和讨论。研究发现,中国的社区基金会虽然受到全球化的影响,但自身却是地方政府和社会为了突破中国当下城市社区社会组织发展资源不足的瓶颈而寻求的本土解决道路,它最重要的作用在于汲取本地资源,并将地方社会资源与社区社会组织链接。在社区基金会快速发展过程中,如何减少政府干预和激发民间活力、克服内部治理"失灵"、构建多元筹资体系、提升其战略资助能力仍然是很多社区基金会面临的亟待解决的关键问题。
[Abstract]:Community Foundation has become a new trend in the field of charity and community development after eight years of development in China. This study analyzes and discusses in detail the number, type, development context and characteristics of Chinese community foundations through multi-case studies. The study found that although the community foundation in China is affected by globalization, it is the local government and society in order to break through the bottleneck of the development of urban community and social organizations in China and seek a local solution. Its most important role is to draw local resources and link local social resources to community social organizations. In the process of rapid development of community foundations, how to reduce government intervention and stimulate folk vitality, overcome the "failure" of internal governance, and build a pluralistic financing system, Improving its strategic funding capacity remains a key issue facing many community foundations.
