网络空间中政治亚文化的结构转型与治理逻辑

【摘要】：在网络空间中,"网络化"推动政治亚文化的结构转型,其结果是在"异质文化"中生成"非理性文化"。从现象层面分析,非理性文化是网络空间政治亚文化与社会空间政治亚文化对于政治主流文化存在不同反应的结果。从逻辑层面分析,网络空间中非理性政治亚文化的生成可以从三个方面解释:第一,网络规范相对于社会规范的异化;第二,网络社会化对现实社会化的异化;第三,网络文化生产结构对社会文化生产结构的异化。在上述三方面的作用下,非理性政治亚文化存在"减压"与"颠覆"两种可能性。网络空间中非理性政治亚文化的治理需要突破以"管控"为主导的逻辑,而从主体、衔接与生产三个层面建构以"治理"为导向的逻辑。在新的治理逻辑中,实现政治主流文化与不同形态政治亚文化相互适应、相互理解与相互建构。
[Abstract]:In cyberspace, "network" promotes the structural transformation of political subculture, and the result is "irrational culture" in "heterogeneous culture". From the phenomenon level, irrational culture is the result of different reactions between cyberspace political subculture and social spatial political subculture to the mainstream political culture. From the logical level, the formation of irrational political subculture in cyberspace can be explained from three aspects: first, the alienation of network norms relative to social norms; second, the alienation of network socialization to reality socialization; third, The alienation of the network culture production structure to the social culture production structure. In the above three aspects, there are two possibilities of "decompression" and "subversion" in irrational political subculture. The governance of irrational political subculture in cyberspace needs to break through the logic of "control and control", and construct the "governance" -oriented logic from three aspects: subject, connection and production. In the new governance logic, political mainstream culture and different forms of political subculture adapt to each other, mutual understanding and mutual construction.
