税收大数据服务国家治理的路径和措施研究

【摘要】：税收现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。大数据时代,税收大数据已成为税收治理重要的战略资源。如何利用税收大数据助力税收现代化、服务国家治理是当前税收领域关注的焦点。本文从税收大数据服务国家治理的重要意义、典型方式、主要挑战和措施建议四个方面,系统地阐述了税收大数据在服务国家治理过程中的主要路径和关键措施,以期为推动税收工作转型升级、更好地服务经济社会发展、加快实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Tax modernization is an important part of national governance system and governance ability modernization. In the era of big data, tax big data has become an important strategic resource for tax administration. How to use tax big data to promote tax modernization and serve national governance is the focus of current tax field. This paper systematically expounds the main path and key measures of tax big data in the process of serving national governance from four aspects: the significance, the typical way, the main challenge and the suggestion of measures. In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of tax work, better serve for economic and social development, accelerate the realization of national governance system and governance capacity modernization to provide reference and reference.
