新媒体环境下突发事件网络舆情话题演进规律研究——以新浪微博“九寨沟地震”话题为例

【摘要】：【目的/意义】随着新媒体的迅速发展,对新媒体环境下突发事件网络舆情进行合理管控是舆情管理者面临的重要问题。对新媒体环境下突发事件网络舆情话题演进过程进行研究,能够深入剖析网络舆情信息传播规律,帮助舆情管理者采取有效措施进行舆情监测与控制。【方法/过程】通过信息传播模型把突发事件舆情话题演进过程分为三个阶段,即突发期、蔓延期和消散期。并采用实证方法以新浪微博热点话题"九寨沟地震"为例作为数据源获取微博发文、转发、评论信息数据,通过Matlab软件拟合舆情周期,再使用Gephi绘制可视化云图,通过网络结构分析网络舆情话题演进规律。【结果/结论】对"九寨沟地震"突发事件网络舆情信息在移动端和非移动端传播过程进行对比分析,得出移动环境下突发事件网络舆情话题传播范围更广、传播周期更长、信息传播层级更高、意见领袖影响力更大。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] with the rapid development of new media, it is an important problem for the manager of public opinion to control the emergency network public opinion reasonably under the new media environment. The research on the evolution process of network public opinion topic under the new media environment can deeply analyze the law of network public opinion information dissemination. To help the public opinion manager to take effective measures to monitor and control the public opinion. [method / process] through the information dissemination model, the process of the public opinion topic evolution is divided into three stages, namely, the sudden period, the spreading period and the dissipating period. This paper takes Jiuzhaigou earthquake, a hot topic of Sina Weibo, as a data source to obtain the data of Weibo, forward and comment the information data, fit the cycle of public opinion through Matlab software, and then use Gephi to draw the visual cloud map. Through the network structure analysis network public opinion topic evolution rule. [results / conclusion] the "Jiuzhaigou earthquake" network public opinion information transmission process in the mobile end and the non-mobile end were compared and analyzed. It is concluded that under mobile environment the topic of network public opinion of unexpected events spread more widely, the communication cycle is longer, the level of information communication is higher, and the opinion leaders have more influence.
