提升地方电子政务效能的路径探析

【摘要】：2013年新一届政府成立以来,简政放权力度加大,以电子政务为基础的"行权平台"逐步成为各级地方政府简政放权、转变政府职能的重要抓手和落地措施。电子政务建设,尤其是电子政务效能建设日益被地方政府重视,成为社会各界共同关注的话题。本文在分析地方政府电子政务建设取得的成绩和存在的问题的基础上,从技术途径、实践途径、未来途径等几个方面对提升地方政府电子政务效能的路径进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the new government in 2013, the degree of government decentralization has been strengthened, and the "exercise platform" based on e-government has gradually become an important grasp and landing measure for local governments at all levels to simplify and delegate power and transform government functions. The construction of e-government, especially the efficiency of e-government, has been paid more and more attention by local government. Based on the analysis of the achievements and problems in the construction of e-government of local governments, this paper probes into the ways to improve the efficiency of e-government of local governments from the aspects of technical, practical and future approaches.
