政务微信应对突发事件策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,政务微信在处理突发事件时起到了积极的作用。政务微信在突发事件中的传播特点表现为精准性、及时性和互动性。但是,政务微信在应对突发事件时还存在许多问题。所以需要建立突发事件政务微信及时回应机制、突发事件政务微信舆论引导机制、突发事件中官民联合的新媒体矩阵联动机制以及专业的政务微信运维团队机制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, government WeChat has played a positive role in dealing with emergencies. The communication characteristics of government WeChat in emergencies are accuracy, timeliness and interactivity. However, government WeChat in response to emergencies there are still many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the emergency government WeChat timely response mechanism, the emergency government WeChat public opinion guidance mechanism, the joint official and civilian new media matrix linkage mechanism and the professional government WeChat operation and maintenance team mechanism.
