转型期中国网络社会治理:内涵与主要议题

【摘要】：网络社会的兴起使中国社会转型进入新的阶段,并推动了网络社会治理的发展。对网络社会治理内涵的理解需以深入认识"网络社会"为前提。网络社会治理是面向"线上空间"与"线下空间"互动交织的网络社会的治理,其主要议题包括传播公共信息和引导社会舆论、监督公共权力、促进政民互动、动员社会力量、营造社会共识等方面。认识和推进网络社会治理,是新时期社会建设的重要内容。
