城市老年人口反贫困的政策取向研究——基于老年贫困形成的机制视角

【摘要】：随着经济体制改革和产业结构转型的不断深入,我国城市贫困问题日益突出。城市贫困群体也在从以下岗失业职工为主逐渐向老年人群扩展。老年贫困人口作为贫困群体中的特殊弱势群体,贫困发生率比较高,贫困人口的规模也在不断地扩大,老年贫困问题伴随老龄化程度的加剧愈发凸显。对老年贫困群体致贫原因的研究,探寻消除城市老年贫困的政策,对社会稳定以及社会经济的可持续发展都有深远的理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic system reform and industrial structure transformation, the problem of urban poverty in China is becoming increasingly prominent. Urban poverty groups are gradually expanding from laid-off and unemployed workers to the elderly. As a special vulnerable group among the poor, the incidence of poverty is relatively high, the scale of the poor population is also expanding, and the problem of elderly poverty is becoming more and more prominent with the aggravation of the aging degree. The research on the causes of poverty among the poor groups of the elderly and the policy of eliminating the poverty of the elderly in cities have profound theoretical and practical significance for the social stability and the sustainable development of social economy.
