灾害管理的政治理论建构

【摘要】：灾害与政治间的联系已逐渐受到关注,而关于二者之间关系的理论构建尚缺乏系统性。受到灾害认知理念双向互动模式的影响,政治—行政研究领域逐步展开对灾害的政治学视域的研究。从灾害管理的政治理论视角、灾害管理的政治研究的学科身份及议题避责政治、府际政治、批示政治以及框架竞争政治可被视为中国灾害管理政治研究的核心议题。
[Abstract]:The relationship between disaster and politics has been paid more and more attention, but the theoretical construction of the relationship between disaster and politics is not systematic. Influenced by the bi-directional interaction model of disaster cognition, the political-administrative research field has gradually carried out the research on the political field of disaster. From the perspective of the political theory of disaster management, the subject identity of the political research of disaster management, the politics of avoiding responsibility, the politics of government, the politics of instruction and the politics of frame competition can be regarded as the core issues of the political research of disaster management in China.
