ZZ市工商局青年公务员工作压力管理研究

【摘要】:目前国内一些调查显示我国青年公务员压力状况令人担忧,普遍存在工作压力过大的情况,并已经影响到个人身心健康和组织工作效率。但是迄今为止,对于青年公务员这一群体的工作压力研究尚未深入,也未形成一套成熟有效的管理理论和管理方法。为了从根源缓解青年公务员工作压力,使其保持身心健康,保证行政组织的高效,本文以ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公务员作为调查群体,对其工作压力状况、工作压力源进行了调查分析,并结合实际情况,从组织层面和个人层面分别提出初步解决意见,具体内容如下:第一章,绪论。就本文的研究背景与意义以及国内外研究现状进行了简要介绍,对青年公务员、工作压力、压力源和压力管理的概念进行了阐述,阐明了本文研究的内容与方法。第二章,ZZ市工商局青年公务员工作压力现状。首先介绍了ZZ市工商行政管理局组织设置、主要职责和人员情况,随后根据本文研究目的,结合实际情况,设计并进行了问卷调查,开展了现场访谈,对ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公务员工作压力反应、工作压力来源、期待组织改进措施和工作压力程度自我评价几方面进行了调查统计。第三章,ZZ市工商局青年公务员工作压力分析。根据调查结果,总结出目前影响ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公务员工作压力水平的主要因素并进行分析。第四章,ZZ市工商局青年公务员工作压力管理策略。结合ZZ市工商行政管理局实际情况,从组织层面和个人层面分别提出青年公务员工作压力管理的相关举措。第五章,结论。对此次研究进行归纳总结,并提出下一步研究的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, some domestic surveys show that the stress situation of young civil servants in China is worrisome, and there is a general situation of excessive work pressure, which has affected the physical and mental health of individuals and organizational efficiency. But up to now, the study on the working stress of young civil servants has not been deepened, nor has it formed a set of mature and effective management theory and management method. In order to relieve the working pressure of young civil servants from the root causes, keep their physical and mental health, and ensure the efficiency of the administrative organizations, this paper takes the young civil servants of the Administration for Industry and Commerce of ZZ as the investigation group, and analyzes the working stress status of the young civil servants. The work stressors are investigated and analyzed, and combined with the actual situation, the preliminary solutions are put forward from the organizational level and the individual level respectively. The specific contents are as follows: chapter one, introduction. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research and the present research situation at home and abroad, expounds the concepts of young civil servants, working stress, stressors and stress management, and expounds the contents and methods of this study. The second chapter of ZZ City Bureau of Industry and Commerce of young civil servants work pressure. First of all, it introduces the organization, main duties and personnel of the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ. Then, according to the purpose of this study, combining with the actual situation, it designs and carries out a questionnaire survey, and carries out on-site interviews. The work stress response, work stress sources, organizational improvement measures and self-evaluation of work stress degree of young civil servants in ZZ Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce were investigated. Chapter three analyzes the working pressure of young civil servants in ZZ City. According to the results of the investigation, the main factors affecting the work stress level of young civil servants in the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ are summarized and analyzed. Chapter IV ZZ City Bureau of Industry and Commerce young civil servants work stress management strategy. According to the actual situation of the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ, this paper puts forward the relevant measures of the work stress management of young civil servants from the organizational level and the personal level. Chapter V, conclusion. This study is summarized and suggestions for the next research are put forward.
