佛山市企业登记改革发展研究
[Abstract]:Enterprise registration is an important part of our country's administrative examination and approval. For many years, our country's administrative examination and approval reform has been carried out continuously, and the enterprise registration reform has been developing continuously. The development of enterprise registration reform has promoted the reform of our country's administrative examination and approval to a great extent. Foshan is in the forefront of the national enterprise registration reform - Guangdong Province, which is also a leader in reform and innovation. It must go out of its own way of reform. This paper analyzes and evaluates some of the existing reform measures in Foshan, especially the local unique "city-to-city" reform. It points out that although the reform of enterprise registration in Foshan has achieved some results, it is difficult to obtain legislative support because it belongs to prefecture-level cities, and the matching system of reforms among departments has not kept up with it. The corresponding supervision and punishment mechanism is not mature, the concept of social credit is weak, and the utilization of information technology. The problems of low level and so on hinder the development of the enterprise registration reform in Foshan City. Then, from the aspects of perfecting laws and regulations, simplifying the administrative examination and approval items, optimizing the examination and approval process, standardizing the examination and approval, informationizing the registration and strengthening the follow-up supervision, the specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the enterprise registration reform in Foshan City are put forward. The development path of enterprise registration reform in Foshan City of Qing Dynasty provides a slight strength for it to meet the market demand and the development of the times.
