公共危机管理研究的图景与解释——基于国际文献的分析

【摘要】：为了探讨公共危机管理研究处在什么样的状态,本文运用文献共被引分析、突发检测、高被引论文统计方法,收集了1985年以来公共危机管理研究领域的核心文献。通过内容分析,本文讨论了公共危机管理研究的主题和理论演进过程。研究表明,公共危机管理可以划分为三大领域:公共危机过程管理、风险沟通与危机沟通、适应性危机管理。在三十多年的演进过程中,公共危机管理研究经历了危机管理向危机治理、风险沟通向危机沟通、拒绝危机向适应危机的转变。整体上看,公共危机管理研究的概念、理论尚处于"碎片化"阶段。作为跨学科研究尝试的"不确定性"、"脆弱性"、"韧性研究"还没有形成独立的研究体系。下一步,公共危机管理研究需要关注三个研究领域之间的交叉与融合问题。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the status of public crisis management research, this paper collects the core literature in the field of public crisis management research since 1985 by using the statistical methods of co-citation analysis, burst detection and high citation paper. Through content analysis, this paper discusses the theme and theoretical evolution of public crisis management. The research shows that public crisis management can be divided into three areas: public crisis process management, risk communication and crisis communication, adaptive crisis management. In the evolution process of more than 30 years, the study of public crisis management has experienced the transition from crisis management to crisis management, risk communication to crisis communication, and rejection of crisis to crisis adaptation. On the whole, the concept and theory of public crisis management are still in the stage of fragmentation. As an attempt of cross-disciplinary research, uncertainty, fragility and toughness study have not yet formed an independent research system. Next, the study of public crisis management needs to focus on the intersection and integration of the three research areas.
