自治主体、互信机制与对话方式:合作社会的治理逻辑

【摘要】：人类社会业已进入合作社会阶段,为适应这一新的社会形态,治理逻辑亟待嬗变,而合作治理则成为最佳选择。合作治理建基于完全自治的主体存在,需要对主体进行自治化的社会建构,并使其占据治理的话语权,同时,要在自治主体间营造充分的信任关系,推动信任关系从习俗型信任到契约型信任,最终实现合作型信任的类型嬗变。最后,在自治主体有效对话的基础上,合作社会的治理逻辑将以"从参与到协作、从协作到对话、从对话到合作"的方式予以呈现。
[Abstract]:Human society has entered the stage of cooperative society, in order to adapt to this new social form, governance logic needs to be changed urgently, and cooperative governance is the best choice. The cooperative governance is based on the existence of the fully autonomous subject, so it is necessary to construct the autonomous society of the subject and make it occupy the speaking power of governance. At the same time, it is necessary to create a full trust relationship between the autonomous subjects. Promote trust relationship from customary trust to contractual trust, and finally realize the type evolution of cooperative trust. Finally, on the basis of effective dialogue of autonomous subjects, the governance logic of cooperative society will be presented in the way of "from participation to cooperation, from cooperation to dialogue, from dialogue to cooperation".
