政府、媒体、公众间的危机心理契约及其三角互动关系构建

【摘要】：政府、媒体、公众间建立危机管理心理契约,是需求安全心理使然,是基于沉没成本和机会成本比较后无奈但明智的选择,是为了三方能更好地进行角色及权责定位,增强互信,以建立常态化的三角互动关系,解决公共危机。建立常态化三角互动关系,政府必须体现主导性,媒体应体现主体性,公众应主动且理性地参与。三角关系必须凸显三方彼此间的理解、尊重、互信、责任感和互动。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a crisis management psychological contract between the government, the media, and the public is the result of demand and safety psychology. It is a helpless but wise choice based on the comparison of sunk cost and opportunity cost. It is for the three parties to better position their roles and responsibilities. Enhance mutual trust to establish a regular triangular interaction to resolve public crises. To establish a regular triangular interaction, the government must embody the leading role, the media should embody the subjectivity, and the public should take the initiative and participate rationally. Triangular relationships must highlight understanding, respect, mutual trust, responsibility and interaction between the three parties.
