比较分析视域下我国智慧城市建设的重点、难点与策略选择

【摘要】：自国际商业机器公司(IBM)提出"智慧城市"以来,世界发达经济体率先在全球建立起智慧城市,形成可持续型、大数据型、气候型、技术型等多种智慧城市建设模式,并在智慧城市建设中表现出城市治理更为协同开放、城市服务更为智能个性、融资方式更为灵活多元、技术应用更为综合集成、政策红利释放更为有效等发展新趋势。我国新一轮智慧城市建设应牢牢把握智慧城市发展的新动向、新趋势,推动智慧城市建设进入新阶段。
[Abstract]:Since (IBM), the international business machinery company, put forward "smart city", the world's developed economies have taken the lead in establishing intelligent cities around the world, forming a variety of intelligent city construction models, such as sustainable, big data, climate, and technology. In the construction of intelligent city, the new trend of urban governance is more cooperative and open, the urban service is more intelligent, the financing method is more flexible and diversified, the technology application is more comprehensive integration, and the policy dividend is more effective. A new round of intelligent city construction in China should firmly grasp the new trend and new trend of the development of intelligent city and push the construction of intelligent city into a new stage.
