地方政府公共服务居民满意度测评体系构建分析

【摘要】:地方政府作为推动地方经济发展、处理地方社会事务的责任主体,正逐渐由经济主导型向服务型政府转型,但在结合地方情况推行公共服务项目的过程中,仍然存在水平不高、意识不强、互动不足等问题,导致公共服务供给不能满足居民需求,政府在服务理念指导下提供的各类公共服务项目也没有得到居民的理解和支持。因此,以居民满意度测评地方政府公共服务体系,构建居民满意度导向下的公共服务项目,提高地方政府公共服务的绩效水平,才能有针对性地根据居民需求提供公共服务项目,改善地方政府的公共服务质量。
[Abstract]:As the main body of responsibility for promoting local economic development and dealing with local social affairs, local governments are gradually transforming from economic-oriented to service-oriented governments, but in the process of implementing public service projects in combination with local conditions, the level is still low. The lack of awareness and lack of interaction lead to the supply of public services can not meet the needs of residents, the government under the guidance of the concept of services to provide various types of public service projects have not been the understanding and support of the residents. Therefore, the public service system of the local government should be evaluated with the satisfaction degree of the residents, and the public service project under the guidance of the satisfaction degree of the residents should be constructed to improve the performance level of the public service of the local government. Only then can the public service items be provided according to the needs of the residents and the quality of public service of the local government be improved.
