DZQ政府电子政务项目的设计与实现研究

【摘要】：政府信息化是整个社会信息化的前提和基础,政府信息化必须率先垂范,进而带动整个社会的信息化进程。电子政务建设作为我国政府信息化工作的重点,政府先行,带动国民经济和社会信息化。论文根据DZQ政府工作的实际,提出政府内部跨部门网上协同办公的理念,针对当前政府内部部门间的数据不共享、信息孤岛和资源分散的问题,从资源整合和协同办公的角度出发,通过构建智能工作流管理模型,实现政府部门间的高效办公和协同办公,提升政府部门工作人员的办公效率,并通过认证技术保证政务数据的安全性。论文重点分析了政府办公业务的总体需求,对政府办公自动化系统进行了系统设计,并对各个模块进行了详细的设计。最后,采用面向对象方法,以.NET技术和SQL Server数据库为基础,采用先进的工作流技术,融合其他先进的开发理念,对网上政务协同办公系统进行了技术实现,最后部署运行。系统的正式运行,实现了机关事业单位的办公自动化、信息化管理,通过系统的实施,工作人员可方便地进行操作、资料查阅、相关业务进展查询、接收业务指令等各种日常业务处理。测试证明,系统运行情况良好,取得了预定目标。
[Abstract]:The government informatization is the premise and foundation of the whole society informatization. The government informatization must lead the way of the whole society. The construction of e-government is the focus of the government information work in our country. The government leads the national economy and society informatization. According to the reality of DZQ government work, this paper puts forward the concept of inter-departmental online cooperative office in government, aiming at the problems of non-sharing of data, isolated information and scattered resources among departments within the government at present. From the point of view of resource integration and collaborative work, through the construction of intelligent workflow management model, the efficient office and cooperative office between government departments can be realized, and the efficiency of government staff can be improved. And through the authentication technology to ensure the security of government data. This paper focuses on the analysis of the overall needs of the government office business, the system design of the government office automation system, and the detailed design of each module. Finally, by using object-oriented method, based on .NET technology and SQL Server database, adopting advanced workflow technology and integrating other advanced development ideas, the cooperative office system of online government affairs is realized by technology, and finally deployed and run. The official operation of the system has realized the office automation and information management of the organs and institutions. Through the implementation of the system, the staff can operate conveniently, consult the data, inquire about the related business progress, Receive business instructions and other daily business processing. The test results show that the system is running well and has achieved the target.
