少数民族政治参与对多民族国家政治稳定的影响

【摘要】：政治参与是现代民主政治中的重要内容,是公民参与国家事务,影响政府政策的重要途径。在我国,公民的政治参与是我国社会主义民主政治建设的重要内容,它能够充分体现人民当家做主的国家性质,能够促进我国社会主义民主政治体系建设的顺利进行。随着社会的发展,公民的政治文化素质不断提高,对政治参与的需求不断增强,但是当前我国的政治参与体系还不完善,公民在实际的政治参与过程中还有很多无序的现象发生。这就需要对我国的政治参与体系进行改进和完善。我国是一个多民族国家,少数民族是我国的重要组成部分,少数民族的政治参与活动在国家的政治生活中起着举足轻重的作用,其政治参与对我国的政治发展和政治稳定的影响都十分深远。虽然在建国后少数民族政治参与有了很大的发展,但是在现实政治生活中,我国少数民族群众的政治参与仍然存在很多问题,其政治能力和参与水平都亟待提高。本文主要分为四个部分:第一部分主要阐述政治参与和政治稳定的概念,以及政治参与和政治稳定的关系。第二部分主要是分析少数民族政治参与的积极影响。少数民族政治参与能够增强对国家的政治认同,促进政府科学决策,减少腐败的发生等。第三部分主要是分析当前我国少数民族政治参与的现状和存在的主要问题。少数民族政治参与存在的问题有:经济滞后导致政治参与的落后性,宗教势力影响政治参与,民族认同和国家认同的不完全重合影响政治参与,少数民族无序的政治参与可能引起政治不稳定,民族传统力量在社区政治生活中仍发挥着一定的作用。第四部分主要是针对我国少数民族政治参与存在的问题提出的对策。对策主要是从完善基本政治制度建设,加快少数民族地区经济发展,增强民族的认同感和民族凝聚力,进一步拓宽少数民族群众参政渠道,大力发展少数民族文化教育事业等几个方面提出的。
[Abstract]:Political participation is an important content in modern democratic politics and an important way for citizens to participate in state affairs and influence government policies. In our country, the citizen's political participation is the important content of the socialist democratic politics construction of our country, it can fully reflect the national nature of the people as the master of one's own country, can promote the smooth progress of the construction of the socialist democratic political system of our country. With the development of society, the political and cultural quality of citizens has been improved, and the demand for political participation has been strengthened. However, the system of political participation in our country is not perfect at present. Citizens in the actual process of political participation there are a lot of disorderly phenomenon. This needs to improve and perfect our country's political participation system. China is a multi-ethnic country, ethnic minorities are an important part of our country, the political participation of ethnic minorities plays a pivotal role in the political life of the country. Its political participation in our country's political development and political stability are very far-reaching impact. Although the political participation of ethnic minorities has developed greatly since the founding of the people's Republic of China, in the real political life, there are still many problems in the political participation of minority people in our country, and their political ability and participation level need to be improved urgently. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly expounds the concept of political participation and political stability, as well as the relationship between political participation and political stability. The second part mainly analyzes the positive influence of ethnic political participation. Ethnic political participation can strengthen the political identity of the country, promote the government scientific decision-making, reduce the occurrence of corruption and so on. The third part mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of political participation of ethnic minorities in China. The problems existing in the political participation of ethnic minorities are: the lag of economy leads to the backwardness of political participation, the influence of religious forces on political participation, and the incomplete overlap of national identity and national identity affects political participation. The disorderly political participation of ethnic minorities may lead to political instability, and traditional ethnic forces still play a role in community political life. The fourth part is the countermeasures to the problems existing in the political participation of ethnic minorities in China. The countermeasures are mainly to improve the construction of basic political system, speed up the economic development of minority areas, strengthen the national identity and national cohesion, and further broaden the channels for ethnic minority people to participate in politics. Vigorously develop the cultural and educational undertakings of ethnic minorities and other aspects of the proposed.
