网络反腐的无序化及其治理:基于国家治理现代化的视角

【摘要】：近年来,随着网络越来越广泛的使用,人们通过网络参与腐败治理的机会越来越多,网络反腐呈现无序化现象。为了治理网络反腐无序化,国家治理现代化提供了一种选择方案,即网络反腐制度化。网络反腐制度化就是网络反腐获取社会共同的价值理念和稳定性的一种进程。而网络反腐制度化的有效推进需要制度供给主体愿意供给和健全制度,参与者利用网络平台创新技术,遵守制度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the more and more extensive use of the network, people have more and more opportunities to participate in the governance of corruption through the network. In order to control the disorder of network anti-corruption, the modernization of national governance provides an alternative, that is, the institutionalization of network anti-corruption. Network anti-corruption institutionalization is a process in which network anti-corruption acquires social common value idea and stability. The effective promotion of network anti-corruption system requires that the main body of institutional supply is willing to supply and perfect the system, and participants use the network platform to innovate technology and abide by the system.
