国家治理现代化进程中的“中央深改组”
[Abstract]:Among the many leading groups in China, the deep reorganization of the central government is the most striking one. However, at present, it is difficult to fully cover the operation practice of "deep reorganization of the central government" by analyzing the three research perspectives of the leading Group. In the process of practical operation, the "deep reorganization of the central government" shows the characteristics of "openness" and "big histochemistry". Paying attention to and properly handling the three important relations with other "central leading groups", with local "deep reorganization" and with the formal system are the preconditions and guarantees for the "deep central reorganization" to effectively perform its duties. " The deep reorganization of the central government "while devoting itself to promoting the modernization of the country's governance system and governance capacity, it is also necessary to set up the benchmark of modernization of its own operating mechanism by setting an example."
