创新社会治理的系统思维

【摘要】：本文梳理了自组织治理理论和实践的发展基础与趋势,指出复杂性科学的发展、大数据时代的来临以及计算社会科学的发展,为我们创新社会治理的组织与模式提供了重要机遇。从基层自治与合作共治这两个关键环节出发,建构适应复杂性要求的全新的社会治理结构和模式,是创新社会治理的重要途径。
[Abstract]:This paper combs the development foundation and trend of the theory and practice of self-organization governance, points out the development of complexity science, the coming of big data's time and the development of computational social science. It provides an important opportunity for us to innovate the organization and mode of social governance. Starting from the two key links of grass-roots autonomy and cooperative co-governance, it is an important way to innovate social governance to construct a new social governance structure and model to meet the needs of complexity.
