基于日常事务的现代城市社会治理模型研究

【摘要】：文章介绍了国外现代城市社会治理的经验,并围绕社会治理的供求关系,分析了现代城市治理主体的主要内涵,探讨了平等基础上主体功能的适应性、公平追求下社会资源配置和社会服务的平衡性、治理质量标准上活力与有序的协调性。以此为基础,文章建构了城市社会治理的供求平衡模型。这一模型实现了主体功能相互适应、社会资源和社会服务供求平衡,以及运行质量标准协调等多组合动态平衡的有机统一。文章提出一个评价指标体系,并采取主客观赋权法和层次分析法,确定了各自权重。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experience of modern urban social governance in foreign countries, analyzes the main connotation of the main body of modern urban governance, and probes into the adaptability of the main function of the subject on the basis of equality, focusing on the relationship between supply and demand of social governance. The balance between social resource allocation and social service is pursued fairly, and the coordination of vigor and order in governance quality standard. On the basis of this, the article constructs the supply and demand balance model of urban social governance. This model realizes the organic unity of the multi-combination dynamic balance, such as the adaptation of the main body functions, the balance between the supply and demand of social resources and social services, and the coordination of operation quality standards. In this paper, an evaluation index system is put forward, and their weights are determined by subjective and objective weighting method and analytic hierarchy process.
