江西省文化中介组织发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国文化产业得到快速发展,在政策设计、机制创新、市场建设层面做出了不断的探索,要求积极引入市场要素。文化中介组织作为文化产业市场主体之一,在引导公众的文化消费,完善文化市场服务体系,推进文化产品交易方面发挥着重要的作用,文化产业的兴盛离不开文化中介组织的规范化运作。因此,文化中介组织的综合发展情况将对我国文化产业有着深远的影响。文化中介组织作为我国文化产业运作中一个重要角色,不仅起着推动我国文化产业发展的作用,更是承担着贯彻党的文化发展政策,提高我国公民文化消费水平,以及促进国内及国际文化关系的重担。随着我国社会经济结构的不断演变,文化中介组织的发展环境也发生了重大的变化,文化中介组织虽然已存在于每一个角落,但人们对其了解程度依然很少。目前学界对文化中介组织的研究基本处于空白状态,因而,为促进我国文化产业的更好发展,开展文化中介组织基本现状调查及存在问题的分析具有十分重要的意义。本文以江西省文化中介组织为研究对象,通过对江西省的文化咨询公司、书画中介、文化经纪公司等文化中介组织进行调查研究,运用比较分析法、定性分析法以及问卷调查法,对其发展现状进行分析与总结。论文主要分为六个部分:第一部分,主要对本文的研究意义和背景做一个阐述,对国内外的相关已有的研究文献进行归纳分析,同时将本文的研究框架、研究方法、创新之处以及不足之处做了简单介绍。第二部分,阐述了本文涉及的相关概念及理论基础。介绍中介组织、文化中介组织的涵义和功能,并对文化中介组织在市场经济所起的作用进行分析。第三部分,选取调查样本进行实地调查,主要通过问卷调查、访谈等方式收集江西省文化中介组织发展的相关资料,进而对分析文化中介组织发展的现状进行分析研究。第四部分,根据调查现状分析结果,主要从江西省文化中介组织发展规模、从业人员、法律制度规范、以及政府政策支持角度探析其存在的问题。第五部分,通过对国外及国内发达地区文化中介组织的发展历程进行深层次分析对比,总结出经验优势。第六部分,根据江西省文化中介组织发展存在的问题和国内外经验提出江西省文化中介组织发展对策,主要从从业人员素质提高、平台规模的全面打造、法律法规的约束规范、政府政策的支持引导等方面提出对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's cultural industry has developed rapidly, and has made continuous exploration in the aspects of policy design, mechanism innovation and market construction, which requires the active introduction of market elements. As one of the main bodies of the cultural industry market, cultural intermediary organizations play an important role in guiding the cultural consumption of the public, perfecting the service system of the cultural market and promoting the exchange of cultural products. The prosperity of cultural industry can not be separated from the standardized operation of cultural intermediary organizations. Therefore, the comprehensive development of cultural intermediary organizations will have a far-reaching impact on China's cultural industry. As an important role in the operation of China's cultural industry, cultural intermediary organizations not only play a role in promoting the development of our cultural industry, but also undertake the implementation of the Party's cultural development policy and improve the level of cultural consumption of our citizens. And the burden of promoting domestic and international cultural relations. With the continuous evolution of the social and economic structure of our country, the development environment of the cultural intermediary organization has also changed greatly. Although the cultural intermediary organization has existed in every corner, people still know little about it. At present, the research on cultural intermediary organizations in academic circles is basically in blank state. Therefore, in order to promote the better development of cultural industry in China, it is of great significance to investigate the basic situation of cultural intermediary organizations and analyze the existing problems. This article takes Jiangxi Province culture intermediary organization as the research object, through carries on the investigation to the Jiangxi Province culture consultation company, the calligraphy and painting intermediary, the culture brokering company and so on cultural intermediary organization, uses the comparative analysis method, Qualitative analysis and questionnaire survey are used to analyze and summarize the present situation of its development. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part, the main research significance and background of this paper is described, the relevant research literature at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed, at the same time, the research framework and research methods of this paper are put forward. The innovations and shortcomings are briefly introduced. The second part describes the related concepts and theoretical basis involved in this paper. This paper introduces the meaning and function of intermediary organization and cultural intermediary organization, and analyzes the function of cultural intermediary organization in market economy. The third part, select the survey sample to carry on the field investigation, mainly through the questionnaire investigation, the interview and so on way collection Jiangxi Province culture intermediary organization development correlation data, then carries on the analysis research to the analysis culture intermediary organization development present situation. The fourth part, based on the analysis of the present situation of the investigation, mainly analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of the scale of the development of the cultural intermediary organizations in Jiangxi Province, the employees, the norms of the legal system, and the support of the government policies. The fifth part, through the deep-level analysis and comparison of the development course of the cultural intermediary organizations in foreign and domestic developed areas, summarizes the experience advantages. The sixth part, according to the problems existing in the development of cultural intermediary organizations in Jiangxi Province and the domestic and foreign experiences, puts forward the countermeasures for the development of cultural intermediary organizations in Jiangxi Province, mainly from the improvement of the quality of employees, the overall building of the platform scale, the restriction and regulation of laws and regulations, The government policy support guidance and other aspects put forward countermeasures.
