基于PLS-SEM的云南省某事业单位员工满意度研究

【摘要】:经济健康发展离不开事业单位的帮助,为提高事业单位的效率,事业单位改革迫在眉睫。研究事业单位员工满意度是事业单位改革的一部分,由于提高员工满意度可以使员工为人民服务的热情更加高涨,进而触发他们的高效率,因此对事业单位改革有积极的意义。本文在概括和总结前人有关员工满意度研究的基础上,结合云南省某事业单位120名员工的问卷调查数据,研究该事业单位的员工满意度情况。研究采用经典员工满意度路径模型,模型包括员工价值观、员工期望、员工整体满意度、员工忠诚、员工承诺和二级潜变量员工感知(包括五个一级潜变量)。由于路径模型包括多级潜变量,本文使用偏最小二乘路径模型(PLS-PM)中的Poor man、Patch、Hybrid三种方法进行建模,并通过分析和比较三种方法的结果,更深入地研究了员工满意度与相关的显变量和潜变量之间的影响关系。目前国内外关于员工满意度问题的研究非常多,但研究事业单位的员工满意度的文章甚少。除此之外,由于路径模型存在多级潜变量,本文利用三种PLS-PM方法对事业单位员工满意度进行深入分析,期望本文的研究对事业单位内部改革有所帮助。
[Abstract]:The healthy development of economy cannot be separated from the help of the institutions. In order to improve the efficiency of the institutions, the reform of the institutions is imminent. Research on employee satisfaction in institutions is a part of the reform of institutions. Increasing employee satisfaction can increase the enthusiasm of employees to serve the people and trigger their high efficiency. Therefore, it has a positive significance to the reform of institutions. On the basis of summarizing and summarizing the previous studies on employee satisfaction, this paper studies the employee satisfaction of a public institution in Yunnan province based on the data from a questionnaire survey of 120 employees in that institution. The classical employee satisfaction path model is adopted, which includes employee values, employee expectations, overall employee satisfaction, employee loyalty, employee commitment and employee perception of secondary latent variables (including five first-level latent variables). Because the path model includes multi-level latent variables, this paper uses three methods of Poor man,Patch,Hybrid in partial least squares path model (PLS-PM) to model, and analyzes and compares the results of the three methods. The relationship between employee satisfaction and related explicit variables and latent variables is further studied. At present, there are a lot of researches on employee satisfaction at home and abroad, but there are few articles about employee satisfaction in public institutions. In addition, due to the existence of multi-level latent variables in the path model, this paper uses three PLS-PM methods to deeply analyze the employee satisfaction of public institutions, hoping that the research in this paper will be helpful to the internal reform of institutions.
