西藏社会的结构、秩序与治理——新时代西藏社会治理的战略思考

【摘要】：西藏社会中根深蒂固的"现世"与"来世"矛盾,从利益、组织、信息等方面型构了西藏社会的惰性化结构。由于该结构的保守性,在负能量的外部大气候的作用下,势必顽固地维持保守的旧秩序,破坏进步的新秩序,影响社会的发展稳定。我们必须强力推进西藏社会的二次变革,彻底改造西藏社会的惰性化结构,构建更坚实的爱藏统一战线,才能打牢长治久安的社会根基。
[Abstract]:The deep-rooted contradiction between "present life" and "afterlife" in Tibetan society constructs the inert structure of Tibetan society from the aspects of interest, organization, information and so on. Because of the conservatism of this structure, under the influence of negative energy external climate, it is bound to maintain the old conservative order stubbornly, destroy the progressive new order, and affect the stability of social development. We must vigorously promote the second transformation of Tibetan society, thoroughly reform the inert structure of Tibetan society, and build a more solid United front for loving Tibet in order to lay a firm foundation for long-term peace and stability.
