政府回应:政府公信力产生机制的“供给侧”

【摘要】：政府回应是政府公信力最直接的来源,政府回应的缺失会导致政府公信力的下降。在政府公信力这一"产品"的生产过程中,人民的诉求即是"需求侧",政府回应无疑是"供给侧"。正如社会经济领域正在从拉动需求转向供给侧改革一样,政府公信力的提升也需要转变依靠人民的被动服从、偏向于政府权威的天然性的"需求侧"观念,转向更重视政府行为的科学性和合理性,建立及时、有效和更具主动性、超前性的政府回应机制的"供给侧"理念。
