推进国家治理现代化进程中的道德逻辑——基于对以德治国的价值、理路及相关错误思潮批判的分析

【摘要】：以德治国是推进国家治理现代化的逻辑必然体现在以德治国可以为国家治理现代化提供价值目标,可以不断增强"四个全面"战略布局的道德底蕴,可以有效夯实国家文化软实力的根基等各个方面。推进国家治理现代化中以德治国可以从以中国价值为核心塑造"信念伦理",以公平正义为中心构建社会伦理,以道德人格为重心提升公民素质三重理路入手。同时,要坚决批判"唯道德主义""道德复古主义""道德普世主义""道德权威主义"等错误思潮,促进德法结合、源原融合、洋为中用、以民为本,努力推进国家治理现代化的目标顺利实现。
[Abstract]:Governing the country by virtue of virtue is the logic of promoting the modernization of the national governance, which can provide the value goal for the modernization of the national governance by virtue of the country, and can continuously enhance the moral foundation of the "Four comprehensive" 's strategic layout, and can effectively tamp the foundation of the soft power of the national culture and so on. In order to promote the modernization of the national governance, the country can shape the "belief ethics" from the value of China as the core, construct the social ethics with the equity and justice as the center, and improve the three-way rational way of the citizen's quality with the moral character as the center of gravity. At the same time, we should resolutely criticize the errors of thought, such as the "moral authority" of the "moral complex" and the "moral authority", to promote the integration of the German law, the integration of the source, the use of the foreign policy, the people-oriented and the efforts to advance the goal of the modernization of the state's governance.
