缺乏实践是原创性教育理论生成的瓶颈

【摘要】：时代呼唤原创性教育理论。当前教育理论由于存在"拿来主义",未能深入扎根中国教育实践以及对中国传统教育不够重视等问题而导致指导实践乏力。对国外教育家、民国时期以及建国后有影响的教育家进行考察,可以发现他们都是基于教育实践与实验构建起独具特色的教育理论,足见实践之于原创性教育理论生成的重要性。身份的阻隔与工作区隔、研究者的能力与意愿问题、科研评价导向偏差、中小学学业评价制度问题是教育理论原创的主要困境。价值取向变革、制度建设、研究者实践能力的提升是扎根教育实践创生原创性教育理论的主要路径。
[Abstract]:The times call for the original educational theory. The failure to take a deep root in Chinese educational practice and the lack of attention to Chinese traditional education led to a lack of guidance practice. The foreign educators, the period of the Republic of China and the influential educators after the founding of the people's Republic of China were investigated. It can be found that they are based on the educational practice and experiment to construct a unique educational theory, which shows the importance of practice in the generation of original educational theory, the barrier of identity and the separation of work. The problems of researchers' ability and willingness, the deviation of scientific research evaluation guidance, and the system of primary and secondary school academic evaluation are the main predicaments of educational theory originality, value orientation reform and system construction. The improvement of researchers' practical ability is the main path of the original educational theory rooted in educational practice.
