学校德育7s模型的构建与应用

【摘要】:德育是学校以社会主义核心价值观为主线,对学生进行政治、思想、道德和心理品质教育,目的在于促进学生全面发展。学校德育工作应从实际出发,遵循学生成长规律,不断完善德育工作体系,提升德育工作效果,为社会主义事业发展培养更多高素质人才。由于学校教育和企业生产经营有许多相通和连接之处,诞生于企业管理领域的麦肯锡7s模型同样适用于学校的德育工作。文章从分析中外德育现状入手,阐释了德育7s模型内涵,提出了具体应用路径。
[Abstract]:Moral education is to educate students with political, ideological, moral and psychological qualities by taking socialist core values as the main line. The purpose of moral education is to promote the all-round development of students. The work of moral education in schools should proceed from reality and follow the law of students' growth. Constantly improve the moral education work system, improve the moral education work effect, train more high-quality talents for the development of the socialist cause. Since there are many similarities and connections between school education and enterprise production and management, The McKinsey 7s model, which was born in the field of enterprise management, is also suitable for the moral education in schools. This paper analyzes the present situation of moral education at home and abroad, explains the connotation of the 7s model and puts forward the concrete application path.
