“公正团体法”视域下我国少年儿童道德教育研究

【摘要】：劳伦斯·科尔伯格(Lawrence·Kohlberg 1927—1987)是美国当代最富盛名的道德教育家之一,“公正团体法”作为其道德教育理论的集成与终结,主张在公正的团体氛围下,尊重少年儿童民主管理团体的权利,最终使少年儿童达到自我教育的目的。“公正团体法”的成功运用实现了道德教育由课堂知性教育走向课外实践的转变,具有划时代的意义。本研究首先利用文献法对“公正团体法”的提出过程、思想内核及其优缺点做了系统分析,然后从“公正团体法”的视域出发,以问卷调查的方式探究当前我国少年儿童道德教育中存在的主要问题:道德教育原则重私利轻公正;道德教育方法重专制约束轻民主管理;道德教育形式重显性课程轻隐性道德氛围的创设;道德教育目的重顺从他人轻自我教育。并依据“公正团体法”的思想内核对问题形成原因进行了分析:道德教育中团体的公正结构水平较低;道德教育中团体成员民主管理意识缺乏;道德教育中对隐性道德氛围的重要性认识不足;道德教育中“我”的缺场。最后在“公正团体法”的视域下审视这些问题,得出如下启示:道德教育应以公正为原则提升团体公正结构水平;道德教育应以道德践行为手段促进民主管理;道德教育应充分发挥隐性道德氛围的作用;道德教育应以少年儿童为主体促进自我教育。
[Abstract]:Lawrence Colberger Lawrence Kohlberg (1927-1987) is one of the most famous contemporary moral educators in the United States. Respect for the rights of democratic management groups of children and adolescents, and ultimately enable them to achieve the goal of self-education. The successful application of the Fair organizations Act has transformed moral education from classroom intellectual education to extracurricular practice, This study first makes a systematic analysis of the process of putting forward the Fair organizations Act, the ideological core and its advantages and disadvantages, and then proceeds from the perspective of the Fair organizations Law. This paper probes into the main problems existing in the moral education of children and adolescents in our country by means of questionnaire investigation: the principle of moral education emphasizes private interests and justice, the methods of moral education put emphasis on autocracy and neglect of democratic management; The form of moral education pays more attention to explicit curriculum than to the creation of recessive moral atmosphere; The purpose of moral education is to pay more attention to obedience to others than to self-education. According to the ideological core of the Fair organizations Law, the causes of the problems are analyzed: the level of fair structure of groups is low in moral education; The lack of democratic management consciousness of group members in moral education, the lack of understanding of the importance of hidden moral atmosphere in moral education, the lack of "I" in moral education. The enlightenment is as follows: moral education should take justice as the principle to promote the level of group justice structure, moral education should take moral practice as a means to promote democratic management, moral education should give full play to the role of recessive moral atmosphere; Moral education should take children as the main body to promote self-education.
