【摘要】：思想政治教育者形象问题是思想政治教育主体研究的前沿问题,是思想政治教育主体建设的内在意蕴。思想政治教育者形象是其在教育实践活动中所体现的精神状态、道德风貌和心理特征等诸方面留给人们的总体性判断、评价和印象。在思想政治教育中,思想政治教育者的形象具有内容功能、载体功能和方法功能。思想政治教育者形象统整的过程就是对思想政治教育者形象的思想系统、行为系统和外表系统等内在要素及其要素间的连接和组合方式进行客观建构的过程。
[Abstract]:The problem of the image of ideological and political educators is the frontier of the research of the subject of ideological and political education, and the inner meaning of the construction of the subject of ideological and political education. The image of the ideological and political education is the spiritual state embodied in the practice of education. In the ideological and political education, the image of the ideological and political educator has the content function. The process of unifying the image of ideological and political educators is the ideological system of the image of ideological and political educators. The process of constructing immanent elements, such as behavioral system and appearance system, as well as the connection and combination between them.
