学校文化示范校建设指标体系学理解读与评估应用

【摘要】:学校文化示范校建设指标体系是学校文化建设的导航仪,它由4个一级指标、14个二级指标和44个三级指标构成,具有价值属性、操作性、关怀性和系统性特征,源于教育向善的价值属性、国家文化与社会主义核心价值观和学校文化定义的学理基础;其现实依据是以点带面、以培带评、以建促改的工作原则和学校文化建设存在的三大问题:逻辑难自洽、概念不操作、说做"两张皮"。《指标体系》是解决问题的思路和操作指南。《指标体系》的评估应用包括配套应用、过程应用和结果应用。
[Abstract]:The index system of school culture demonstration school construction is the navigator of school culture construction. It is composed of 4 primary indexes, 14 second class indexes and 44 third grade indexes. It has the characteristics of value, operability, care and systematicness. It is derived from the value attribute of education to the good, the theoretical basis of the definition of national culture and socialist core values and school culture, and its realistic basis is to improve and evaluate the value of education. The working principle of promoting reform by construction and the three major problems existing in the construction of school culture are: logic is difficult to agree with itself, the concept is not operational, The index system is the train of thought and operation guide to solve the problem. The evaluation application of the index system includes the matching application, the process application and the result application.
