道德外烁的时代价值及教育策略

【摘要】：道德外烁力既是现代社会维系主流道德权威的强大力量,也是判断个体道德发展水平的重要标志之一。从接受外在要求到学会自律,是人在社会化过程中必须完成的第一次升华,而从自律走向道德外烁,是理想道德人应当完成的第二次升华。这次升华是一个人从道德自律者成长为道德捍卫者的过程。当代中国应当顺应时代发展的迫切要求,改善我国传统文化在处理自律与外烁关系方面的先天不足,形成新的学校德育体系和策略,包括帮助年轻一代确立清晰的主流道德规范;把道德外烁力作为学生道德发展的重要目标;帮助学生逐渐认同道德外烁的重要价值;努力营造一种以民主和公正为核心特征的团体道德气氛;提升学生道德外烁智慧;科学地评价学生道德外烁的发展水平和构成特征,有针对性地进行指导。
[Abstract]:Moral power is not only a powerful force to maintain the mainstream moral authority in modern society, but also an important symbol to judge the level of individual moral development. From accepting external requirements to learning self-discipline is the first sublimation that people must complete in the process of socialization, and the second sublimation from self-discipline to moral outshine is the second sublimation that ideal moral person should complete. This sublimation is the process of a person from a moral self-discipline to a moral defender. Contemporary China should comply with the urgent needs of the development of the times, improve the inherent deficiencies of Chinese traditional culture in dealing with the relationship between self-discipline and foreign shine, and form a new school moral education system and strategy. It includes helping the younger generation to establish clear mainstream moral norms, taking moral externality as the important goal of students' moral development, helping students gradually identify with the important value of moral outshine; Try to create a kind of group moral atmosphere with democracy and justice as the core; promote students' moral intelligence; scientifically evaluate the development level and composition characteristics of students' moral outliers; guide them in a targeted way.
