新化县农村初中生不良行为习惯的成因与对策研究

【摘要】：初中阶段是学生人生价值观形成的关键期,良好的行为习惯能促进人的全面发展,帮助人形成高尚、正确的人生观和价值观,而不良的行为习惯则会给人们带来诸多不利的影响。农村初中生因家庭、学校、社会、自身等各方面的原因更容易产生一些不良的行为习惯,而已有的一些不良习惯也没有得到重视并及时矫正,这会严重影响到农村初中生的成长与发展,亟需广大教育者引起重视,并探究相关对策。作为一名德育工作者,对学生的健康成长与全面发展负有义不容辞的责任。故笔者立足于教学实践,以《中学生日常行为规范》为主要标准,在对新化县离县城较近的S中学和比较偏远的T中学进行调查访谈和个案分析后,发现当前新化县农村初中生有着自理自立能力强、热爱活动、有较强的毅力、诚实善良等许多良好的行为习惯和特点,但在生活上却消极懒散、自爱不足,学习上则被动、缺乏目标和动力,交往中不够宽容、以自我为中心,公德意识淡薄、言行失礼失雅,网络行为中也缺乏自制。习惯决定性格,性格决定命运。调查数据告诉我们:新化县农村初中生的养成教育不足已成为制约教育水平提高、阻碍学生全面发展的重要因素。通过深入调查后,发现学校德育制度不健全、实施主体单一、德育载体比较缺乏,家庭教育水平低、家庭环境比较恶劣等是养成教育不足的重要成因,再加上社会不良风气、网络负面传媒、执法不严等因素的影响,以及初中生缺乏正确的自我认识等进一步加大了养成教育的难度。针对当前新化县农村初中生行为习惯现状和养成教育的困境,加大学校养成教育力度,优化校园德育环境,提高家长对养成教育的重视及教育水平,并号召全社会共同参与为农村初中生的成长营造良好的大环境,同时注重帮助学生正确认识自我,发挥其在良好习惯养成中的内驱力作用,是养成教育突破瓶颈,促进初中生良好行为习惯形成的良策。
[Abstract]:The junior high school stage is the critical period for the formation of students' life values. Good behavior habits can promote the all-round development of human beings, help people form noble and correct outlook on life and values, while bad habits and habits will bring many adverse effects to people. Rural junior high school students because of family, school, social and other aspects of their own, more prone to some bad habits, and some bad habits have also received little attention and timely correction, it will seriously affect the growth and development of rural junior high school students, educators need to pay attention to, and explore relevant countermeasures. As a moral education worker, it is unshirkable responsibility for the healthy growth and overall development of the students. Therefore, the author based on the teaching practice, in the "middle school students daily behavior norms" as the main standard, in the analysis of survey and case of S middle school in Xinhua County near the county and remote T middle school, found that the current Xinhua County Rural junior high school students have a self-supporting ability, love activities, with strong willpower honest, kind and so many good habits and characteristics, but in life, lack of self love is negative lazy, learning is passive and lack of goals and motivation, communication is not enough tolerance, self centered, morality consciousness, rude words for loss of elegance, network behavior is also a lack of self-control. Habit determines character, character determines fate. The survey data tells us that the lack of education in the rural junior high school students in Xinhua county has become an important factor that restricts the improvement of educational level and hinders the overall development of students. Through in-depth investigation, found that the school moral education system is not perfect, the implementation of single subject, lack of moral education, family education level is low, relatively poor family environment are important causes of the lack of education, coupled with the effects of bad social ethos, negative network media, lax enforcement and other factors, as well as the junior middle school students lack the correct self understanding and further increase the difficulty of education. In view of the current situation of Xinhua County Rural junior high school students behavior and develop education predicament, increase school education efforts to optimize the campus environment of moral education, improve the education level and parents to develop education, and calls for the participation of the whole society to create a good environment for the growth of rural junior high school students' camp, while focusing on helping students understand themselves correctly to develop good habits, play in the internal driving force, is to develop education and promote good habits to break through the bottleneck, form the good behavior of junior high school students.
