【摘要】:教学目标是教学的灵魂,是教学效果的前提,是课程目标的具体过程,是教学活动的起点和归宿,在课堂教学中承担着控制、评价、激励等功能。笔者发现在实际教学实践中,一些教师并没有认识到教学目标设计的重要性,教学目标设计存在问题且随意性较大。笔者运用文献研究、行动研究等方法对思想政治课教学目标的设计进行深入研究。依据我国教育部颁发的《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》,将本文研究的教学目标确定为“知识与技能、过程与方法、情感与态度三维目标”。本文从教学目标的含义及功能讲起,通过案列分析思想政治课教学目标设计中存在的问题及原因,并进一步探究思想政治课教学目标设计的依据、价值观念、原则及策略。本文的创新之处在于更加注重制定教学目标时的前期分析,包括学校、班级情况分析,学生学情分析,教师能力、状态分析,不同课时学习效率分析,教材内容、教学任务分析。做足分析,才能制定出个性化的教学目标。当然,课堂上会出现一些突发状况,在制定教学目标的同时需要设计好备用的教学目标。规范教学目标设计方式,制定科学、合理的思想政治课教学目标,这对于教学质量和效果的提高,促使学生知识、能力、情感的全面发展具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Teaching goal is the soul of teaching, the premise of teaching effect, the concrete process of curriculum goal, and the starting point and destination of teaching activity. The author finds that some teachers do not realize the importance of the design of teaching objectives in the actual teaching practice, and the design of teaching objectives is problematic and random. Action research and other methods of ideological and political teaching objectives of the design of in-depth research. According to the Ministry of Education issued by the "basic Education Curriculum Reform outline (trial)". The teaching goal of this paper is defined as "knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion and attitude". This paper begins with the meaning and function of teaching goal. Through the analysis of the ideological and political course teaching goal design problems and reasons, and further explore the ideological and political teaching objectives design basis, values. Principles and strategies. The innovation of this paper is to pay more attention to the early analysis of the formulation of teaching objectives, including school, class situation analysis, students' learning situation analysis, teachers' ability, state analysis. Study efficiency analysis, teaching material content, teaching task analysis. Do enough analysis to develop personalized teaching objectives. Of course, there will be some unexpected situation in the classroom. In order to improve the teaching quality and effect, it is necessary to design the spare teaching goal while making the teaching goal. To standardize the design method of the teaching goal and to formulate the scientific and reasonable teaching goal of the ideological and political course, it is necessary to improve the teaching quality and effect. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the all-round development of students' knowledge, ability and emotion.
