【摘要】:“百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本”,教师是我国教育事业的重要参与者和主要实施者,在参与教育活动的过程中,自身素质的不断提升将会对我国教育事业的实施和教育对象的健康成长产生深远的影响。因此,促进教师队伍自身素质的提升和教育水平的提高,将对我国教育事业的进一步发展起到重要的积极作用。然而,在当今经济繁荣、竞争激烈的社会形势下,由于知识更新不断加快,教师作为知识的传承者与传授者,如果自身不进行不断地知识更新,以单纯的一次性教育已不能满足教师发展和完成本职使命的需要。学校作为广大青少年学生学习成长的主要阵地,肩负着广大青少年学生身心健康成长的重任,因此教师作为教育活动的重要参与者,其自身素质的高低直接影响到教学成果的好坏。从教师自身素质提升的角度出发,教师继续教育作为教师再教育的重要组成部分和具有战略意义的重大工程,是切实提升教师队伍素质的有效手段,同时也是当今师资队伍建设的重中之重。而体育教师继续教育又是教师继续教育的有机组成部分,是增强体育师资力量、提高体育人才质量的有效途径之一,是我国中小学体育教师向职业化发展的必然趋势。本文运用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数据处理法等研究方法,以桐柏县城关、吴城、朱庄、淮源、辛集、安棚、固县、毛集、平氏等乡镇辖区内21所中小学校的50名体育教师为调查对象,对桐柏县中小学体育教师继续教育情况进行调查研究,结果表明:桐柏县中小学体育教师配备数量上总体基本符合相关规定要求,但不充裕,而且分布不够均衡,部分农村小学没有配备专业体育教师,个别学校连专职体育教师都没有;整体年龄结构比较合理,中青年教师占较大比重,趋于年轻化的年龄结构有利于桐柏县体育教师继续教育工作的有效开展;桐柏县中小学体育教师现有学历大部分都达到本科学历,最低为大专学历,学历符合相关规定,但调查发现桐柏县中小学体育教师尚未出现研究生及以上学历,缺乏高层次人才;桐柏县体育教师继续教育内容设置不太符合体育教学的实际需求,过于偏重师德师风及教育理论等方面的教育,而针对体育教师的专业性教育很少,不能满足体育教师教学能力和学科知识的普遍需要;桐柏县体育教师继续教育的实效性有待提高。多数体育教师认为理论和实践相脱节,重理论轻实践问题突出,参与继续教育培训后对自己的帮助有限;对体育教师参加继续教育的支持力度不够,存在偏见;体育教师参与继续教育的学习机会不均等;经费供给不足;工学矛盾严重突出;面临学习时间无法保证的现实难题。针对以上问题提出了以下建议:完善人才引进机制,及时补充新鲜血液在教师招聘过程中适当增加体育教师的引进,不断壮大桐柏县体育教师队伍,提升整体素质;制定有关继续教育的激励机制,落实继续教育所需经费,鼓励体育教师参加进修学校组织的各类培训,提高学历层次;完善相关的政策和规定,发挥政策导向作用,进而提高体育教师参加继续教育的自觉性;完善规章制度,保障体育教师的成长与提高;加大桐柏县体育教师继续教育工作的实施力度,丰富继续教育内容。教育主管部门紧跟体育与健康课程的改革发展步伐,增加有关教学技能和专业学科知识的教育内容,将继续教育的教学内容调整得更加科学化和全面化;与现代化信息技术相融合,开拓继续教育新模式,合理运用现代教育技术解决工作与学习矛盾,合理利用多媒体,通过远程教育进行网上授课,使体育教师获得丰富与优质的学习资源;引导教师树立终身教育观念,让继续教育渗透到日常工作当中,注重培训效果的反馈,制定科学合理的管理制度,重视继续教育的质量和效果;学校和教育主管部门应转变思想观念,与时俱进,消除学科偏见,重新审视体育学科在素质教育中应有的地位和作用,重视体育教师的继续教育。
[Abstract]:"A matter of education; education plans, teacher centered, teacher education in China is an important participant and the main implementation, in the process of education activities, to improve the diathesis of education in our country will be on the implementation of the education and the healthy growth of the object have a profound impact. Therefore, promoting the quality of teachers and enhance the education level, the further development of China's education plays an important positive role. However, in today's economic prosperity, the fierce competition in the social situation, because more new knowledge continues to accelerate, the inheritors and teachers as knowledge imparters, if itself is not constant to update their knowledge, to a one-time education simply has been unable to meet the needs of teacher development and complete their mission. The school as the majority of young students to grow and learn the main position, wide shoulder In the healthy growth of young students' physical and mental burden, so teachers as an important participant in educational activities, its quality directly affects the quality of teaching achievements. From the perspective of improving teachers' qualities, teachers' continuing education as an important part of teacher education and major projects of strategic significance, is the effective approach to improve the quality of teachers, and the priority among priorities is the faculty building. But the sports teachers' continuing education is an integral part of the continuing education of teachers, is to enhance the sports teachers, one of the effective ways to improve the quality of sports talent, is the inevitable trend of the development of sports to the occupation of elementary school teachers in this paper. Using literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, logic analysis method, data processing method and other research methods, in the county of Tongbai, Zhu Zhuang, Wucheng, Huaiyuan, Xinji , Anpeng, Gu Xian, Mao Ji, 50 PE teachers in Pingshi township within the jurisdiction of the 21 schools for the survey, investigation and study, continuing education of PE teachers in primary and middle schools of Tongbai County, the results showed that: Tongbai County Primary and secondary school physical education teachers with a number of general basic comply with the relevant requirements, but not abundant, and the distribution is not balanced, part of the rural primary school is not equipped with professional sports teachers, individual schools have full-time physical education teachers; the overall age structure is reasonable, young teachers accounted for a large proportion of the age structure tends to be younger is advantageous to effectively develop the continuing education of physical education teachers in Tongbai County; most of them achieve the degree of physical education teachers the existing education in primary and secondary schools in Tongbai County, the lowest degree diploma, in accordance with the relevant regulations, but the survey found Tongbai County Primary and secondary school physical education teachers and graduate students has not yet appeared to On education, the lack of high level talents; education content does not meet the actual needs of physical education to physical education teachers in Tongbai County, too much emphasis on the moral education and other aspects of the theory of education, and for the professional education of PE teachers is very few, cannot meet the general need of sports teachers' teaching ability and knowledge; the effectiveness of continuing education in Tongbai county sports teachers need to improve. Most of the teachers think that the separation of theory and practice, theory and practice of light weight problems, to participate in continuing education and training for their help; bias for physical education teachers to participate in continuing education and support is not enough; physical education teachers to participate in continuing education opportunity inequality; insufficient supply of funds contradiction; serious outburst; faced the reality of the problem the learning time can not be guaranteed. In view of the above problems, put forward the following suggestions: Improve the talent introduction mechanism, timely replenishment of fresh blood in the recruitment of teachers to appropriately increase the introduction of sports teachers in the process of growing Tongbai county sports teachers, improve the overall quality; formulate incentive mechanism on continuing education, the implementation of continuing education funding, encourage teachers to take part in the school organization of various training, improve the educational level; improve the relevant policies and regulations, play a role in policy oriented, so as to improve the consciousness of physical education teachers to participate in continuing education; perfecting rules and regulations, ensure the growth of physical education teachers and improve implementation efforts in Tongbai County; and physical education teachers continuing education, enrich the content of continuing education. The education department closely follow the pace of reform and development of physical education and health course and increase the teaching skills and professional knowledge of the content of education, teaching content will continue education more Scientific and comprehensive; and the integration of modern information technology, explore the new mode of continuing education, the rational use of modern educational technology to solve the contradiction between work and study, the rational use of multimedia, through distance education online teaching, so that physical education teachers get rich and high-quality learning resources; to guide teachers to set up the concept of lifelong education, continuing education for penetration to daily work, feedback on training effectiveness, formulate scientific and rational management system, pay attention to the quality and effect of continuing education; schools and education departments should change the ideas, keep pace with the times, eliminate subject prejudice, re-examine the proper position and role of physical education in quality education, physical education teachers to continue education.
