重庆市南开中学特色体育校本课程开发的个案研究

【摘要】:一直以来,我国学校体育教育课程都是使用统一的管理体制。但是区域的差异,多民族文化差异,对课程的适应性和实用性,决定了学校体育课程使用统一教材和教学模式的局限性。近年来学生体质健康水平逐年呈下降趋势,因此开发适应学生需求的体育校本课程,改善学生体质水平现状以及变化趋势,具有重要意义。相关的政策已经把校本课程的开发作为中小学课程改革的重点内容,并在制度上给予保证。本研究选取重庆市南开中学本部(高中部)为研究对象,体育组相关领导、主管和体育教师为访谈对象和调查对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对访谈结果和调查结果进行统计分析。影响该校特色体育校本课程开发的主要因素是教委以及学校主管部门的领导及相关政策及实施、体育教师的专业化、学生参与的态度及兴趣、场地设施资源和社会资源及课程专家五个方面。根据学校提供的体质测试数据发现,该校学生在课程开发之前学生体质测试逐年呈下滑趋势,尤其是耐力、力量、速度等下降幅度较明显,体育锻炼兴趣低下。通过改善学校的体育课程教学模式,培养学生良好的运动兴趣和习惯,不断完善场地器材、加强师资队伍的建设、家庭和社会应该认识到开发特色体育校本课程促进学生体质改善的重要性,积极参与体育活动,不断增强自身的体质健康水平。通过对该校传统体育课教学模式和课改后的体育校本课程模式以及实施情况进行对比分析,以期准确反映该校在体育校本课程开发前后教师和学生参与体课程育校本的态度变化趋势,学生体质变化情况。针对该校在课程开发过程中遇到的问题,并提出促进校本课程不断完善,真正成为彰显学校特色的措施及建议。为重庆市中小学体育校本课程开发提供有建设性的措施及建议。
[Abstract]:All along, our school physical education curriculum is using a unified management system, but regional differences, multi-national cultural differences, the adaptability and practicality of the curriculum. In recent years, the level of physical health of students is declining year by year, so the development of school-based physical education curriculum to meet the needs of students. It is of great significance to improve the present situation and the changing trend of students' physique level. The relevant policies have made the development of school-based curriculum the key content of curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools. And in order to guarantee the system. This study selected Nankai Middle School in Chongqing (High School Department) as the research object, sports group leaders, supervisors and physical education teachers as the interview object and survey object, using the method of literature. The main factors that affect the development of the school-based curriculum with school characteristics are the leadership and related policies and implementation of the school committee and the school competent department, and the specialization of PE teachers. To cultivate students' good sports interests and habits, to constantly improve the venue and equipment, and to strengthen the construction of teachers, families and society should recognize the importance of developing characteristic sports school-based courses to promote the improvement of students' physique. Actively participate in sports activities, constantly enhance their physical health level. Through the traditional physical education teaching model and the physical education school-based curriculum model and implementation of the comparative analysis. In order to accurately reflect the school before and after the development of physical education school-based curriculum teachers and students to participate in physical education school-based attitude trends, changes in students' physique, in view of the school in the course of curriculum development encountered problems. It also puts forward the measures and suggestions to promote the improvement of school-based curriculum and to truly become the measures and suggestions to highlight the characteristics of the school, and to provide constructive measures and suggestions for the development of school-based physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in Chongqing.
